Membership:
- Membership is required for conference attendance.
- Membership must be current and active to register on-line.
- Log into the MCA website and in your profile, you can check your membership status. Or e-mail the MCA office.
- Click here to sign up for a membership.
- Membership invoices must be paid to register on-line.
Registration Payment Process:
- SEPARATE INVOICES WILL NOT BE SENT TO YOUR AGENCY FOR ANY PAYMENT PROCESSING. Attendee is responsible for giving invoice to agency for payment processing. Early Rates must be paid by September 1st to apply.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be e-mailed to the MCA office at mca-mn@hotmail.com. *In lieu of refund you may send someone else in your spot.

Lodging: Lodging is Not included in registration. Click here for the link to the Grand View Registration Site. Lodging registration closes 9/25/22.
Room rates:
Double Occupancy* $76.54 per person/per night (includes tax and fees included) - Double occupancy is 2 people sharing 1 bedroom with 2 beds and 1 bathroom.
Single Occupancy $110.17 per person/per night (includes tax and fees) Single occupancy is 1 person in a private bedroom and bathroom. Based on availability, there may be single occupancy rooms available in a multi-room cabin.
*If you are sharing a cabin with multiple individuals, everyone must submit the on-line reservation and list all other occupants. For example if there are 6 individuals sharing a cabin, all 6 individuals must make an on-line lodging reservation and list all 5 other occupants on their reservation. If only 5 individuals complete the on-line lodging reservation, the 6th individual will not automatically get registered.
